This month is a fun one! Our focus is HYPERTROPHY, i.e. increasing muscle SIZE. Not only is a hypertrophy stimulus a fun and challenging way to train, it also gives our bodies a pleasing aesthetic shape and induces hormonal shifts in our body that make healthy weight maintenance much easier. Ok. Remember how this program is called Level Up? Well, it’s time, my friends. This month is gonna be Level Up Mania.
