Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Endurance, Hypertrophy, Speed, Power, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Reaction Time, Level Up Test.
The topic of Month 9 is BALANCE:
Balance in training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls. Doing balance exercises can be intense, like some very challenging yoga poses. So I’m not going to have you walking on balance beams this month, haha. I’m going to have you include exercises in your program that improve the strength of the muscles that help you balance. So there will be a lot of focus on legs and core this month.
This plan includes a home friendly and a gym (advanced) version, demo video exercises & fillable PDF to track progress!
Here's the equipment you will need: dumbbells, kettlebells, superband, mini bands, floor slides (or towel), Swiss ball.

The topic of Month 9 is INFLAMMATION & GUT:

It also decreases the function of the vagus nerve over time- the vagus nerve connects your brain and gut. If this isn’t firing well, you’re in huge trouble. Low blood flow and nerve flow to your gut... What does that mean? It means your gut does not function properly. Over time, this leads to low gut motility. Gut motility is HUGE. If you are constipated, everything needs to stop and your focus in life needs to become figuring out why.
