The program is 8 weeks long. I designed it with home gyms in mind! It requires only very minimal equipment. All you need is dumbbells, a barbell with pad (or can use towels- you can also sub out heavy dumbbells for the barbell), small resistance bands/"booty bands," a bench or step, a large exercise ball (or sub out for regular crunches if you don't have one), kettlebells (or can sub out for dumbbells) and a foam roller. No machines required.
Includes recipes and shopping lists with macros set at 1500 calories and instructions on how to modify the calories specifically for you and your goals.
