Your Level Up™ Bundle consists of 3 parts:

Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Endurance, Hypertrophy, Speed, Power, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Reaction Time, Level Up Test.

The topic of Month 1 is FLEXIBILITY:

Think about it: you have muscles that are fully stretched out to the max, but they can’t handle any load...? What happens when you add some weight or force? Injury happens. Constantly stretching muscles without strengthening them leads to instability of the joints. Instability + flexibility + weakness = ticking time bomb for injury.

This plan includes a home friendly and a gym (advanced) version, demo video exercises & fillable PDF to track progress!

For the home friendly version you will need: dumbbells, a kettlebell (optional), Swiss ball, jump rope, box (optional), medicine ball.

2. LEVEL UP™ NUTRITION is a strategic month by month process to level up your nutrition.

The topic of Month 1 is RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD + YOUR BODY:

What does your body get from food? Interesting how we never pause to think about it that way, huh? The honest answer to the first question for most people is probably something along the lines of “stuff that tastes good in my mouth.” Haha. But when we stop looking at food only that way, even though it does taste amazing and that’s super cool how the human body was designed like that, and begin focusing on what happens inside our body after we eat food, it’s so much easier to make food choices that work for us, not against us.

This plan will help you calculate your own calories & macros to adapt the program to meet your specific needs!

3. LEVEL UP™ MINDSET is a strategic month by month plan to level up your mindset.

L.E.T.S.G.R.O.W.B.A.B.Y. = monthly topics: Listen, Environment, Time, Subconscious, Gratitude, Relationships, Organization, Work, Belief, Ask, Boundaries, Yield.

The topic of Month 1 is LISTEN (Meditation - Silence - Intuition - Presence):

When we meditate, we train our minds to become receiving stations. Most of us were not raised this way. We were raised to busy our minds constantly. Even pondering and prayer - they’re active. We are thinking and talking. Meditation is the opposite. We are silent observers. We are letting thoughts go instead of engaging with them. We are training our minds to be still. When we develop a consistent meditation practice, we gain a lot of benefits, mentally, emotionally and physically, too...
