The topic of Month 2 is STABILITY:
Or more specifically, joint stability. I know, I know it sounds super boring. But it’s not. It’s a huge, huge deal, and we can’t get into strength next month unless you have stable joints or you’re going to hurt yourself. So what is joint stability? Joint Stability is defined as: the ability to maintain or control joint movement or position. Instability occurs when the tissues, ligaments, and muscles surrounding a joint are weak, torn, overstretched, or otherwise stressed. It basically means your joints don’t go all wonky when you move because you’re so weak you can’t control the movement. This is a HUGE DEAL and joint instability is INCREDIBLY common.

For the home friendly version you will need: dumbbells, a kettlebell (optional), TRX, jump rope, superband, floor slides (or towel), medicine ball.
