The topic of Month 6 is SPEED:
Alright!! You ready to get speedy?! This month is going to be fun. Now- let me first say- if you have a lot of excess body fat or old injuries that tend to come back when you sprint, jump, etc, please be careful this month. We don’t want injuries! If there is anything that is causing you pain (not discomfort, I mean injury-like pain), please get into a sports massage therapist and/or chiropractor to help you figure out what’s going on, and skip any exercises that exacerbate the problem while you are getting that worked on.

Here's the equipment you will need: dumbbells, kettlebells, agility ladder, jump rope, slam ball, TRX, pull-up bar, box, slides (or a towel).
