The topic of Month 7 is POWER:
Oh, man this is a fun month in training. Who doesn’t like feeling powerful, and even better, actually being powerful? We’re going to increase your physical power this month. And kudos to you for building solid foundations the last 6 months. You can reuse these training plans over and over throughout your life as you want to run back through a specific emphasis and make sure you are a well-rounded athlete. Alright, so what does power mean, exactly, in terms of training? Understand the difference between strength and power. Strength is overcoming resistance.
Power is overcoming resistance- fast. So power training focuses on overcoming resistance in the shortest period of time.
This plan includes a home friendly and a gym (advanced) version, demo video exercises & fillable PDF to track progress!
Here's the equipment you will need: dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine ball, slides (or a towell), bench or box.

The topic of Month 7 is ORGANIZATION:
We will identify what is dragging us down, get clear on how to set and actually carry out goals one step at a time (it’s easier than you think- just gotta get clear and make some plans), dive into where we need to delegate (including removing things we’re doing that we don’t need to be doing), and creating systems that streamline the life we want to live.
