* Does NOT include recipes. You may notice some references to "more carbs" or "increased carbs" in this program, since many people are trying low carb AFTER keto, but you can 100% start here!! And in that case, it will most likely be fewer carbs than you're used to. The training plan is designed to match a low carb diet, but it will work with any diet that incorporates some carbohydrates.
