Dopamine: happy, alert, driven, extroverted, confident, creative, decisive, taking action Glutamate: in excess- racing thoughts, anxious, overthinking, worried (goes in excess when there
is poor conversion of glutamate into GABA)
GABA: cool, calm and collected, able to let go of worrisome thoughts, can stay centered amidst stressful situations, calm mind
Serotonin: loving, kind, connected, everything is ok in the world
This plan will help you calculate your own calories & macros to adapt the program to meet your specific needs!

This month is going to be incredibly powerful and fun. I want to kick this month off with a story. In 2018, I lost everything- every penny to my name, the roof over my head, my self esteem was bottomed out to zero, and I had to ask my ex-husband to take my 4 kids during the weekdays while I figured out how to get a place to live (I was staying with a friend for 4 months).
