As you can see, we are not doing keto here in Level Up. In case you’ve been wondering why that is (if you know I’m a keto specialist), it’s because I don’t believe most people NEED to do keto.
You can become very insulin sensitive through resistance training, cardio, HIIT, eating higher protein and fiber, and especially if you add intermittent fasting to that mix. And it’s nice to not restrict an entire macronutrient (carbs) if you don’t have to, because we get into a “lifestyle” flow of healthy eating that is sustainable long term.
