And did you know that when people “die” of dehydration, they don’t actually die because they don’t have enough water? They die because of a MINERAL IMBALANCE that happens when you get dehydrated. So these 2 are inseparably connected, and I want you to understand JUST how important these things are for your body. Your hormones, brain power, metabolism, sex drive, ALL OF IT- literally every single thing your body does, depends on minerals and water.
