1. LEVEL UP™ NUTRITION is a strategic month by month process to level up your nutrition.

(This is a plan for those who have completed Month 1)

The topic of Month 2 is ALL IN / ALL OUT THINKING:

You see, the people who maintain a high level of health and fitness never feel like they are dieting. That’s why they maintain it for so long. They know full well they can have pizza and brownies for lunch today if they choose to. The difference is, because they deeply know they have the freedom of choice, the pizza and brownies become less appealing. They’re not this “forbidden fruit” that gets exacerbated in interest in their minds. Because they truly know they have permission, they can think more clearly. They can make a choice with clear energy. “I know I can have that... but what else can I eat that gets me what I want in life?” And then they choose. With joy.

This plan will help you calculate your own calories & macros to adapt the program to meet your specific needs!

2. LEVEL UP™ MINDSET is a strategic month by month plan to level up your mindset

L.E.T.S.G.R.O.W.B.A.B.Y. = monthly topics: Listen, Environment, Time, Subconscious, Gratitude, Relationships, Organization, Work, Belief, Ask, Boundaries, Yield.

The topic of Month 2 is ENVIRONMENT (PEOPLE - PLACES - MEDIA - INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT):

I realized I had people in my life who possessed the qualities I would want in my circle of influence, but I wasn’t prioritizing those relationships. So I began doing that. I also began bringing the greatest minds I could think of into my life regularly through books, podcasts, YouTube and social media. I figured if I made minds like Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Jim Rohn, Wayne Dyer, Tony Robbins and James Allen the people I spent the most time with - even virtually - I would become more like them. I decided if I spent enough time immersing myself in how they thought, eventually that would become how I thought, too. And it worked...

The plan includes weekly challenges!
