The topic of Month 3 is STRENGTH:
When we refer to strength, we are talking about your nervous system’s connection to your muscles. This is a crucial piece of overall fitness, because if you have a weak neurological connection to your muscles, your performance in all of your activities will be limited. You won’t be able to lift as heavy, run as fast, or perform coordination-based activities as well as you could if that connection were strong.
This plan includes a home friendly and a gym (advanced) version, demo video exercises & fillable PDF to track progress!
For the home friendly version you will need: dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar.
2. LEVEL UP™ NUTRITION is a strategic month by month process to level up your nutrition.
The topic of Month 3 is SUBCONSCIOUS STORIES ABOUT FOOD:
Subconscious thoughts are ones that you are not fully aware of, but they influence all of your actions and feelings. Dr. Bruce Lipton, researcher of the subconscious mind, says that 95% of our actions come from the subconscious mind. Don’t you think that makes it just a wee bit worth it to dive into what our subconscious beliefs actually are? This month we are going to do that in regards to food. One of the biggest stumbling blocks people face when changing their eating habits is that they always seem to revert back to old patterns.
This plan will help you calculate your own calories & macros to adapt the program to meet your specific needs!
3. LEVEL UP™ MINDSET is a strategic month by month plan to level up your mindset.
L.E.T.S.G.R.O.W.B.A.B.Y. = monthly topics: Listen, Environment, Time, Subconscious, Gratitude, Relationships, Organization, Work, Belief, Ask, Boundaries, Yield.
The topic of Month 3 is TIME:
This month we are diving into TIME, and that includes:
Week 1: A morning and evening routine
Week 2: Time Management
Week 3: Habits
Week 4: Consistency
We will dive into those areas one week at a time this month, and each week will have a discussion of the topic, a mantra and a challenge. Like our previous months, we have a crystal and animal totem this month to remind of us of our intention.
