1. LEVEL UP™ TRAINING IS A SYSTEMATIC WAY TO TRAIN, FOCUSING ON A SPECIFIC TOPIC EVERY MONTH.
(This is a plan for those who have completed Month 8)
Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Endurance, Hypertrophy, Speed, Power, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Reaction Time, Level Up Test.
The topic of Month 9 is BALANCE:
Balance in training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls. Doing balance exercises can be intense, like some very challenging yoga poses. So I’m not going to have you walking on balance beams this month, haha. I’m going to have you include exercises in your program that improve the strength of the muscles that help you balance. So there will be a lot of focus on legs and core this month.
This plan includes a home friendly and a gym (advanced) version, demo video exercises & fillable PDF to track progress!
Here's the equipment you will need: dumbbells, kettlebells, superband, mini bands, floor slides (or towel), Swiss ball.
2. LEVEL UP™ MINDSET is a strategic month by month plan to level up your mindset.
L.E.T.S.G.R.O.W.B.A.B.Y. = monthly topics: Listen, Environment, Time, Subconscious, Gratitude, Relationships, Organization, Work, Belief, Ask, Boundaries, Yield.
The topic of Month 9 is BELIEF:
This is, in my opinion, perhaps the most important month of the entire Level Up Mindset Program. Why? Because belief determines reality. And your level of belief about anything you are working on in your life is directly correlated to the success of that thing. For example, if you are trying to get fit, but don’t really believe you will, you almost certainly won’t. But if you 100% believe, truly believe, you are getting fit, you will. It really is that simple. Belief also determines how you perceive your current reality. If you believe life is hard, dark and gloomy, then it is. If you believe life is exciting, fun and an endless adventure, then it is. If you believe your relationship sucks, then it does. If you believe no one likes you, you’ll constantly find ways to reaffirm that belief.
The plan includes weekly challenges!
