The topic of Month 9 is BALANCE:
Balance in training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls. Doing balance exercises can be intense, like some very challenging yoga poses. So I’m not going to have you walking on balance beams this month, haha. I’m going to have you include exercises in your program that improve the strength of the muscles that help you balance. So there will be a lot of focus on legs and core this month.

Here's the equipment you will need: dumbbells, kettlebells, superband, mini bands, floor slides (or towel), Swiss ball.
